Repeating patterns do not just originate from outside of us. Our own stuck emotions contribute to emotional pollution in the outer world. This is difficult to hear. And not everyone will agree. Indeed, emotional work is not easy. Often we decide to come to this work when the pain of staying the same exceeds the discomfort associated with change.
