
You can reach altered states of consciousness in deep meditation: Spaciousness. Expanded Awareness. Silent Calm. Simple Unconditional Beingness. Deep Presence. Love.
You can try to use words to explain what is on the other side of the thinking mind, on the other side of the worries, the resentments, the judgements. But in the end, the experience of the state has much more value than the words on the page.
The state of Expanded Awareness is not something that needs to be understood. It only needs to be felt. The value is in the experience—not the dogma.
